This unique handcrafted brass idol depicts Lord Shiva as Nataraja, the Cosmic Dancer, but with a rare and significant variation. While traditional Nataraja statues feature a “ring of fire” (Prabha Mandala), this piece features the 14 Maheshvara Sutras (Shiva Sutras) etched in Sanskrit around the circular aureole.
